Tick, tick, tock. Time. That’s all I have now. A small room, a photograph, and time. They want me to trust them and confess my sins. They told me they wouldn't judge me—they lied. I thought we could convince the world that this wasn't a crime. We were wrong. Time doesn't stand still. The clock keeps ticking, the world is unconvinced, and now… Now he is gone.
I love Ella Frank sooo much, she has a way of intertwining her words and art, in such a amazing way. She won me over with Blind Obsession. The quality in her writing is only getting better with every book. One of my favorite things about Ella’s story telling is the build up. Sexual tension of the forbidden attraction, so incredibly hot.
I couldn’t put this book down! I was so anxious to find out what was next. I hung on to every word.
Addison can be a bit hard to understand. But from the very beginning I connected with her. She is no innocent 18 year old girl. I was nervous hearing about her roll in this story. I usually like my heroines strong but not so much the aggressor. But have no fear, Ella takes care of all that.
“Addison Lancaster was more woman than girl, and she was dangerous.”
Mr. McKendrick I fell for him right from the start. He held a certain authority, that would make anyone hot for teacher. Let me just say he knows how to take charge, I needed to fan myself, quite a few times.
“Good girl. When I let go, I want your bra to hit the floor, and then I want your hands on the counter.”
I cannot wait for more from Ella.
