Review: Love Me in the Dark by Mia Asher

Review: Love Me in the Dark by Mia Asher

Love Me in the Dark by Mia Asher on April 23, 2017 Goodreads Genres: Contemporary, Erotica, Romance Source: ARC via author Two strangers in Paris … One passionate, earth-shattering kiss. He was the artist upstairs with the tantalizing smile and laughing eyes. He was the devil inviting me to sin, seducing me to dance in the bright moonlight. He was desire and need. When he touched me, my body sang. My soul came alive. But I belonged to another man, and he didn’t want to let me go. Review I enjoyed the start of this book, and I thought to myself this is definitely going to be a 4-4.5 star juicy/complicated romance. I also LOVED this setting — Paris. Seriously, can you get anymore romantic? The last half though… well, I just didn’t love it as much as the beginning. I had trouble staying connected to the characters which has […]

Audiobook Review + Giveaway: Montana Maidens series by Vanessa Vale

by Vanessa Vale Genres: Erotica Source: Audiobook A Quick Series Review These four books were fun, quick, and fast. I listened to them all over one weekend. If you are in the mood for straight up erotica then these might be the books for you.  If dubious consent doesn’t bother you, and you don’t mind being a little shocked then these books might be for you. Even though the stories take place during wild west times, the setting doesn’t come into play very much because the plot completely focuses on sex.  I love, love, love audiobooks and listening to great narrators. Now I wouldn’t call any of the narrators in this series exceptional, but some were better than others. I did not like the narrators of book #2 at all, especially the male narration. Books #1 and #3 were my favorites.  Giveaway– The publisher has graciously given us copies of all […]

Review + Giveaway: Becoming Mrs. Lockwood by K.I. Lynn

Becoming Mrs. Lockwood by K.I. Lynn on January 30, 2017 Buy on Amazon Goodreads Genres: Contemporary, Erotica, Romance Source: ARC via author Every girl has dreams of meeting Prince Charming, or at least I know I did. A fairy tale-like meeting of love at first sight.Real life and fairy tales are very different. I’m just a small town Indiana girl that had a chance encounter with one of Hollywood’s golden boys. You may think you know where this story goes—not even close. Life is different. Marriage is hard. It’s even worse when you’re strangers. Review Hollywood romances are my ultimate guilty pleasure when it comes to reading. I tend to gravitate to them, and I can never pass one up. There’s just something intriguing to me about the rich and famous hero falling for the girl next door. It is one of the most enjoyable tropes in the romance genre. […]
